Wood grain mug [Reference item]

This time, the firing didn't go well, so I'm only posting it as a reference item. This cup was created from the wood grain of wooden planks removed during the renovation of the workshop, which is over 70 years old. It's a cup imbued with the history of the planks that protected the Ginga-yu Tamaho Kiln for over half a century as part of its walls. It's quite large, so it's perfect for those who drink a lot.  The Wood Grain Series consists of pieces created by directly copying the wooden planks that were removed during the renovation of the workshop's exterior wall, which had begun to leak due to aging. The beautifully aged wood grain holds the history of the workshop, which predates the creation of the Galaxy Glaze, and these pieces literally capture the history of the workshop for over half a century.
